Great community and staff. While this was supposed to be a temporary stop, I have now called it home for 4 years.

I have lived at the Vinings for almost a year and renewed my lease for another year. I am very happy with the office staff of Starr and Melinda. The service manager Arturo has fixed a few minor problems within a few hours of being notified. I had a problem with my water heater on a Saturday night a month or so ago. I called the after hours and left a message and he called back. It was after 10 PM and he said he would be right out. I explained that I had shut the water off to the tank and it quit leaking and could wait until the next day. He was here that Sunday by 8 AM and I had a new water heater within 2 hours. So I will remain here because they do take care of my concerns in a timely manner. Thank you to all the staff at The Vinings...

I put in a maintenance request for several small items to be fixed after I moved in. Star and Melinda have been very helpful and my items were taken care of. I have been here since August and couldnt be happier. All the people I have met so far are very friendly.
