A wonderful community.
Great place to call home!
Terrible, horrible customer service. Went to view an apartment and it was filthy, the balcony seemed like it would collapse and they made me think the apartment was going quickly so they told me to pay for the $40 application fee quickly so I could "hold the apartment" before I saw it. I was needing to move quickly for a new job and was desperate and listened to them. Terrible ethics.
Please if considering living here, stop and reconsider. Go talk to tenants, drive through and document everything staff tells you, they mislead, lie (forget to mention) how much it will actually cost to live there monthly, since we all try to budget. The water is divided by all who live in the entire unit,so be prepared for a water bill the price of 6 months living in a home. Staff very rude once u sign on dotted line, remember once you sign you are committed, and you WILL pay to leave. Safety big concern, this complex leaves main doors open due to the smells of the entire building, and all tenants are at risk for animals, and whoever else may just want to stroll in. Living at Preserve was the worst experience for property rental I have experienced. My advice their is so many other apartments in OFallon to rent, look into those
