This has been copied from my other review on another apartment website, because there is a former resident who is going around leaving 1 star reviews even though they had one bad experience. Their review is awful and doesn't actually talk about the pros and cons of this apartment complex.
In all of Maryville these are the nicest apartments you will ever find for an AMAZING price. $470 a month for a 1 bedroom, right by campus, WITH a washer and dryer IN the apartment. You don't have to wait to do your laundry or scrounge for quarters to use some overpriced machine. These apartments are very nice and spacious, almost completely soundproof, and extremely well maintained! The manager Rhonda, is so nice, she always got back to us right away with any issues we had, and she was extremely good about getting maintenance to our apartment as soon as possible. I saw another reviewer upset that you had to physically drop off your rent, yes there is a rent deposit box that you have to walk to once a month to deposit your rent, boo-hoo. The only 2complaintsI have about this place is the $130 carpet cleaning deduction from your deposit which even then isn't the biggest issue. I remember how clean and well kept our apartment was when we moved in, so I know that the next people are going to have the same experience. The second issue is that there is not a lock on the bathrooms, I wish there was one room in the apartment where I could have a little security, but that is such a simple issue. If you are moving here to go to college, these are the BEST 1 bedroom apartments you will find, TRUST ME. Get on that waiting list as soon as possible, you will not regret living here!

Everything about how the owners run this place was insane. They can enter your apartment WHENEVER they wanted. One time, I was showering with the door open (because I live alone), and heard a knock on the door. I figured if I just ignore it, they'll think no one is home and come back another time. Nope. They entered my home with a master key! Privacy aside, I'm also not allowed to change the locks to my main door or bedroom door, so whenever I leave anything valuable at home such as my laptop, I always have anxiety that I might come home to missing stuff. Also, the deposit is a scam. They don't mention it until you're ready to move out, but they don't give you back the full deposit amount EVER, no matter how clean you left the place because they do a mandatory carpet wash and use your $130 to do so. No online rent paying was also a nuisance. You gotta pay by physical check even in 2020. There's so many more wrong I'd like to talk about but this wall of text is getting too long already. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone.
