I have not had any real issues with Woodhollow. The staff are friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to calls. I got in on a special, which really was a steal for this area! My only complaint, is that I did not receive the first month free that I was promised - which is partially my fault as I did not make sure it was on the contract. If they offer you any deals, just make sure they are in the lease agreement and you'll be fine!
BE SURE , if you are moving into this apartment , you are not going to get back any deposit amount. THINK BEFORE YOU MOVE !!!! IT'S YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ..
New management (Monarch Investment and Management Group) is Pathetic. My one month rent is deposited $714 with them and they are not refunding any amount out of them. I stayed with my wife for one year and moved out on Oct 9th in a absolute perfect condition of the apartment , they are manipulating charges (Painting , carpet cleaning , oven cleaning, mirror cleaning etc) and summed upto exact deposit amount.
I have checked with my 4-5 known person who used to stay with earlier management, for 1 BHK , 1 year it should be max deduction of $125 - $200. They are taking more than $700 !!!!
Management is not showing any bills for the same.
