Great place to live! Grounds are kept clean and office staff is wonderful!
The office staff is excellent and they know you by name. I've never lived somewhere where I'm always made to feel like I matter.
This dump has absolutely gone downhill for residents. Increasing rent and decreasing standards. It's turning into a trailor park
Overpriced for the quality. You find out later that sewage, water and pest control is part of rent. There's 1.5 hardworking maintenance person here for all your needs. Once you sign the lease (have an attorney review first, better yet, just don't do it) they don't have to accommodate you, or make sense, be consistent or be fair as you will find out.
You have only three options to pay rent: paylease (long lines in Walmart as if you have all day for this), certified check from bank (another inconvenience), or it can be auto debited from your bank account.
The current manager Melissa is never wrong, only you as you will find out. Melissa is a poor communicator, lacks the necessary people skills in order to empathize with hardworking tenants and as a result one shoe fits all is her approach and everything is black and white, by the book. Very unrealistic.
Rent increase every year with only a carpet clean offer. How about painting the walls; paint helps with insulation its not just for aesthetics. Like carpet changes after so many years are needed for health reasons. Red notes pinned to tenants clips outside their doors sharing with the world their leasing financial difficulties. I don't want to see that or know that about anyone.
Move-out cleaning was the worst. Got charged for everything due to miscommunication. Once again, that poor communication style or ineffective communication style the manager Melissa displays made it difficult to meet their requirements fist time around.
A lot of switch and bait here. Stay away. There is no waiting list here for a reason. So glad to be gone.
Walls are paper thin!!!!!!
