Great place to live! Grounds are kept clean and office staff is wonderful!
By far THE WORST apartment community I have ever resided in. Ownership and management change too frequently. The 3rd manager, during my lease, Melissa has been extremely unaccomidating, unprofessional, and inconsistent. If you are 3 days late on your rent, they change $75 then an additional $5 day. They also threaten you with eviction and attorney fees, which is conveniently in your lease. The Apartments look decent but they are extremely overpriced and they go up annually on the rent. They kept my security deposit after I left the apartment remarkably clean and the attempted to blame me for damages that were already there. (Which is ironic because a month prior, they offered me 1 month free rent, and discounted rent if I choose to resign my lease. Great perks for me being such a bad tenant.) I would highly suggest looking into other alternative apartment communities in the area.
Needs major updates. Pictures are misleading.
The office staff is excellent and they know you by name. I've never lived somewhere where I'm always made to feel like I matter.
