The staff here (new people within the last year) is terrible. They're unresponsive, and they'll make money where they can even if it means their renters suffer.

DO NOT RENT HERE. These apartments are absolutley disgusting, I had a unit that was infested with cockroaches and management did not care in the slightest. Moved to another unit and guess what, that unit was ALSO INFESTED WITH DISGUSTING COCKROACHES. They are everywhere in every unit in every building management as prevkiously stated does not care in the slightest. If you try and break your lease becasue the apartment is unlivable they will hit you with over 5,000$ worth of fees. I would rather sleep in my car then rent one of these units.

Have had nothing but issues since I signed my last lease. My apartment flooded and they refused to let me break my lease to move elsewhere, instead gave me one months free of rent while I lived in the apartment and they did the repairs that I MADE them do to an apartment that was flooded - they were not going to do any repairs if I had not made them, despite the flooring bubbling up, saturated carpet and soaked walls - mind you, the flooding was due to maintenance negligence and not something that was my fault! Now our utilities are changing in the middle of our lease and it is costing us upwards of $100+ dollars a month on top of our rent. Would not recommend to anyone.

Never Again! I WILL NOT be renewing my lease! Ive been living here for a year and when Colleen was here, I had NO ISSUES! My apt was fine, it was quiet, no bugs, everything was kept up! As soon as the new management came in, this dump has went down hill! I started seeing roaches in my apt, theres kids running all over the parking lot at all hours of the night. The parents are nowhere to be found! (I almost ran into a few of them on MULTIPLE occasions!) My balcony has mold everywhere. The neighbors leave their blinds wide open in their apts and their living conditions are just FILTHY! The washing room is disgusting! It SMELLS MOLDY and I dont know how many times my white shirts has been ruined because of those cheap machines that break down every 3 weeks! On MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, They promised they would take care of the roach issue, NO ONE has YET came to exterminate my place!! They are a bunch of liars and thieves but expect to have the rent paid on time!! This place is GHETTO! Do NOT recommend! I would give this place a NEGATIVE ZERO STARS!
