Overall, I love living here. Only major problem is parking when I have guests over. Amenities are great and apartment is nice. I hardly ever hear my neighbors and for someone who has two little children, I haven't haven't gotten any complaints about our noise level. I would recommend these apartments to anyone
Overall I am pleased with arborwalk. Parking outside of the garage is a hassle because other residents have 3 cars and take up my personal parking area.
Thin walls, not much insulation because electric bills are higher than a house bill. I can hear full conversations from tenants below. I can hear the dogs barking from the tenants living all around me. Rent is as high or higher than if I were to purchase a house and have a house payment. Rent has gone up ever year I have been here and it should not be that way. Previous apartment places only increased it every 5 years., it should not be yearly. There should also be a maximum of no more than 20 increase. Mine was 40 the first year and almost 100 the second year.
Nice and safe place to live
I have been dealing with a noisy neighbor since I moved in and the office won't do anything about it. I ask about the noise before I moved in and I was told to call the office and they would call them. Second time they would call them in the office and the third time they would have both families in. I have turned them in 4 times and emailed corporate and nothing has been done. The other neighbor has talked to the office and still nothing has happened. My only thing to do now is call the police.
