Excellent office and maintenance staff, very friendly, willing to put in the extra effort and extra time to get things done right

I have lived here for almost 10 years and have lived in many apartments across the country prior to moving here. The Ethans beats them all. Apartments are well taken care of and the grounds are beautiful. Any problems are taken care of as soon as they are reported. Office personell are friendly and and attentive to your needs. Rental rates are reasonable for our area.

Wish I could give this rent-trap less than one star. Don't move here unless you want to see your rent increase by over 10% while you get nothing out of it. Apartment appliances are all outdated, maintenance requests take days, and there is poor communication. The office manager won't speak to you face to face even though they are in an office 4 feet away. Instead they'll speak to whatever poor person is working in the office with them and that poor person has to be the go-between. As bad as it is to live here I imagine its got to be worse to work here. Bottom line is this is a faceless, soulless complex that will take as much of your money as they can and give you the bare minimum.

Poor service, never got back with me and double charged me a deposit. Waiting to have it returned.

Day 4 of no A/C. And maintenance told me yesterday I'd have to wait until today because he can't work on A/C units. This is now 3 separate occasions since June with at least 4 days with no A/C or response for your office or maintenance not counting the plumbing response of 5 days. Photo attached is from 520 this morning. This is most recent occurrence of 3 since June

Terra answered all my questions. Moving is hard enough she helped out a lot. Super easy to work with.

1/6/23 This is an absolute abomination. This is the dumpster across from the mailboxes by the small clubhouse. This mess has been like this for weeks yet the complex threw away my trashcan with a locking lid outside my door because it was “unsightly “ This is the most unprofessional, mismanaged apartment complex I’ve ever rented from.

Wow the Ethan's could it get any more amazing? ... No it's at maximum amazing!

The office staff here are amazing and always willing to help!
