Poor customer service. Poor communication. Shoddily maintained units and exterior. An overall poor experience. If I could move now, I would.
Everything at The Crossing was awesome. The carpet was pretty nasty when we moved in and didn't look good after living there for a year and three months. There were some things we got charged for that seemed unfair right at the end.
Had a lot of problems transferring to a different apartment when my lease was up.
For the most part, everything is great. Where I get frustrated is that I pay every month on time since I've been here (2 years). I won't be staying here after our contract is up because they continuously go up on our price by about $50 a month. I'm now paying over $100 more than when I moved in 2 years ago, which is unnecessary and causes me to move elsewhere. I wish there was some incentive they could give to residents who always pay on time to keep us here.
Seems to be no heat in either of the two bedrooms. Refrigerator and dishwasher are furnished, but they neither work ad I would expect. They are both energy hogs. The hot water takes nearly ten minutes to reach either bathroom or the kitchen after the water has been turned on. Also the air conditioning in the summer is like the heat in the winter.
