    These apartments are priced just right. You get resort-like amenities that arent offered at most luxury communities. Close to highway access that gets to you to downtown easily.

    I am really disappointed with the complex! The first few months were great, and I never understood why there were so many empty apartments and such high tenant turnover.... Now I see the apartments are incredibly overpriced. If the amenities such as the hot tub, pool, and sauna worked, then the prices would be accurate, but over the year of my residency, they have been continuously closed. You can not access the mailroom, pool table/gaming room, sauna/steam rooms, or laundry rooms after 10pm. The CONSTRUCTION is INSANE! I have not been able to use my balcony for 6 months, there are workers blasting music early in the morning, and now we got notified that they are going to come INTO our apartments to replace windows. In light of the "improvements" you can see the buildings are rotting, molding, and shifting way more than should be considered safe, I can't imagine what in between the walls look like. They won't offer any price deductions for the disturbance of the construction! The cement stairs are constantly breaking and getting replaced. I do not think this complex will be in business for many more years at this rate. I would strongly suggest that people stay away from this money pit.

    Massive structure issues affecting all buildings causing eyesore and unsafe environment with nails and equip. Pools open late & close early and close frequently in summer. Poor communication from management.

    This is absolutely the worst apartment complex in the state of Missouri. They are money hungry and look for any way to squeeze money from you. This place is filthy, when things break down it takes forever for them to fix them. Elevators break down frequently, internet problems constantly, garbage always overflowing, trash always in the hallways and no results when you complain of all the problems. Its like flushing $100 bills down the toilet.

    This place is a good example of what greedy landlords taking advantage of the disabled, elderly, those that have families, looks like. The elevator has been broken for a month and they've done nothing to help their residents.

    I want to say I am extremely happy with my home at steeplechase. The size and atmosphere makes me feel like I am on a full time vacation. The pools are exceptionally inviting with the cabanas and make for a lovely afternoon. The staff are very knowledgeable and respond to needs for rhe apartment on a very timely manner. Our new manager is very friendly and truly cares about our community.
