These apartments are priced just right. You get resort-like amenities that arent offered at most luxury communities. Close to highway access that gets to you to downtown easily.

I love living at Steeplechase. The grounds are well kept and I love the pool area. The fitness center is open 24 hours which is super convenient.

Horrible management that will do anything to take advantage of you that they can! STAY AWAY!! Public grounds littered with dog feces that they threaten to fine everyone about but have done nothing on. Neighbors leave trash in hallways and on balconies and nothing gets done. Dumpsters overflow constantly. Many loud parties with college age kids drinking during the summer. Minimal parking that makes it difficult to get into your building unless you would like to pay to have a "reserved" premium parking spot which seems to get taken by other people anyway. I would no recommend this to a friend and cannot wait to leave as soon as my lease is up. Contemplating buying out to leave its that bad.

This place is awful! Very cheep built apartments and a staff that works against their residents. The maintenance staff is the only good part about this place. If you choose Steeplechase, be prepared for falling ceiling lights, weird gaps in your doors, uneven heating/cooling of the rooms, beautiful construction rock landscaping, mostly broken hot tub, but there's more! Most of all!! It comes complete with a staff that loves to send you constant annoying emails and when you need something your more of a burden. This office staff sucks and the apartments are terribly built.

I just signed a lease at Steeplechase. Move in date was arranged for a Thursday. I planned for this move a month in advance and called in friends and family to help with the move. Many took the day off, including my spouse to facilitate this move smoothly. On the day of the move, I was told the apartment would be ready first thing. Office opens at 9 so we waited until 10 and went to pay deposit and first months rent and get the keys. Upon inspection of the unit, we found that the floors were dirty and had paint on them and that a poorly done touch up of the walls were completed. There were still nails in the wall from the previous tenant. There wasnt a wall that needed to be painted. We were assured that the unit would be available by 3pm. When we came to the property, the staff was still painting the walls! We had to cancel our friends who had taken their time from work to help. Due to the short notice, I had to hire movers the next day. The property manager agreed that the movers should be paid for by the property as well as a discount of 50%onnext months rent to cover lost time. The following day (Friday), the regional manager Shannon refused to pay for movers or discount our rent. She agreed to credit our account $44 for the day we couldnt move in, but stated we should have moved in regardless of the wet paint and that we should have just put all of our belongings in the middle of the apartment and not touched the walls. This would have been impossible to move in without damage to our furniture. Shannon has treated us with disdain and lacked any understanding or remorse for the situation. Between the deposit, extra day of rent at the previous apartment and movers, I have had to spend close to $1000 due to Steeplechase not delivering on their part of the agreement. This company is all about $$ and care little for their reputation as a responsible business. They refuse to own up to the mistakes that caused me to spend time and money as well as stre
