Amazing views, great staff, and the best resident events like paint & sip nights, free breakfast, rooftop concerts with drinks.

I have lived in many different apartment complexes and Second and Delaware surpasses them all in every way. Management is very caring and supportive. Make every effort to handle any problems immediately. Nice, clean, new property that is kept up very well inside and out. I have been here since they opened. Lots of nice amenities and activities provided by management at no cost.

In all my years, I cant say any place or management company has ever been without some faults. Perfect just doesnt exist, that said 2nd & Delaware has been a great place to live. Theres certainly been some struggles, building is only a year old and it opened during Covid. Supply chain issues and staffing shortages have effected 2nd & Delaware same as everywhere else. Through it all the staff has worked hard to address concerns and communicate timelines for issue resolutions. There have been some learning curves in a new building with its unique passive house, minimal environmental impact, design quirks (biggest complaint is how some noises transmit through concrete floors). Most importantly to me and my rating for this property has been the managements track record of continual incremental improvement since the building opened, which speaks to the commitment of the management team to this property and residents. Truly for build quality, unique building amenities like a massive rooftop garden, and a staff thats passionate about making 2nd & Delaware a great place to call home, there isnt much else like it in KC.

Awesome Property and Awesome Staff

This place is an absolute joke. 6 months into my lease and we are missing half the amenities. We get weekly updates that they are on the way. They even went so far as to cover themselves in the lease when it came to the amenities. Yarco property management. Look them up they have 2.4 stars and for good reason. I just paid so much money (including thousands of dollars THEY gave me for a construction delay in free rent) to break this lease. Thats how terrible it is. Residents are rude and snotty. Awful awful awful experience
