DO NOT MOVE INTO POOL FACING APARTMENTS. I moved into a second story apartment facing the courtyard/pool area in March 2019. Nothing was done to the windows to reduce noise. Noise comes right through, its like I'm living in a tent. Management thought it was a good idea to install an outdoor stereo system with the speakers mounted directly below my window. During the summer you'll be pleased to have a frat bro style party blasting into your apartment EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. The hours aren't enforced for the pool/courtyard either so expect to hear drunks at 1 AM. Especially when the hot tub is working (to be fair it was broken most of the year). If only I had looked at these apartments in the summer, I hope I would have foreseen these problems. Instead I leased in March when the pool was closed. Hopefully this review spurs management to appropriately sound deaden the courtyard facing apartments. These are advertised as luxury apartments. You're paying luxury price for a loft above the dive bar experience. I will say if you can get an apartment on a different side of the building, go for it. Management and the building are pretty good outside of this deal-breaking issue.

Amenities keep being cancelled. The only reason to live here is the community of residents. The owners and staff have been useless. Most of us moved here for the dog walking service which has since been cancelled (Emily still offers it for $5.50/walk, but that's way different than free or $1).

Used to be a great community, very pet friendly with great amenities. Unfortunately, however, everything has gone extremely downhill very quickly. Poor management that is dishonest with residents, removal of amenities that many residents used such as dog walking service, and constant issues with the buildings and general maintenance. For the amount of rent residents pay, I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live downtown, especially with all the other new living options opening up.

Lived here almost two years. Gone from a great community to daily frustration. Maintenance is awful. Cleaning is nonexistent. Amenities either dont work or are being discontinued.

I actually dont and would never live in Roasters Block, but I have a lot to say about their tenants since I live across the street. Their residents are low class at best. The ones who have dogs dont clean up after them. Their behavior to neighbors is deplorable, yet, they think theyre something because they throw their money away paying exorbitant rent. When they get drunk, they open their windows to yell obscenities at fellow neighbors. The owners/management of the property refuse to keep on top of their garbage situation that fellow neighbors have to look at. Classless property and residents.
