My apartment was filthy, when I received the keys. I tried repeatedly to have things handled; mold in dishwasher, broken window, buildup that required a razor/scraper to remove. I felt shamed whenever I inquired about when they were going to take care of these (many more I didn't list) things that should have been completed prior to leasing the unit. I have never felt so disrespected. READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS!! THERE IS TRUTH! SADLY, I DIDN'T HEED THE WARNINGS

The apartments and grounds are well maintained. They have timely snow and ice removal and the lawns are spectacular. It is very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The office staff works hard to make sure you enjoy living here. My family and I enjoy all the staff sponsored activities. The maintenance staff is top notch also. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and efficiently. On top of all that, it's affordable. I would highly recommend these apartment homes.
Maintenance is always responsive. The grounds are always well kept.
The first apartment I lived in the price was right for what I paid for. I loved the apartment...just not the building unit. I transferred to a remodeled apartment thinking it would be nicer. I was excited to move and loved the paint colors on the wall and the kitchen counter. The price was a little more, but that was expected. As the months went on I began to notice things better, such as the cabinets were old and just refaced, and stained inside, the plumbing leaks, and some of the plug outlets were coming out of the walls. It had nothing to do with the screws. My daughters bathroom had an older toilet in it with gunk in the tank so no matter what you do there is always a black ring in the toilet bowl. So technically it was just a facelift nothing wonderful to move into, and even though the apartment does offer two bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the unit it could be better put together. This building is better but the apartment is not. I do like the community, I just wish I felt like I was living in what I pay the price for which is not the case. I am happy about the new entrance of the pool because too many neighborhood people were abusing what I pay for. I say just really really look through it before you rent. All in all though the office staff is great and the maintenance staff is great as well. I do understand that they are trying their best to make this complex a unique place to rent apartments.
