I'm very happy with the staff but the wooden entrances to our doorways are becoming really dirty. Kind of embarrassing to bring friends over and their comments lean towards "well it looks like some one set fire to your neighbors door" or "almost got a splinter from walking up your stairs". If there is a way to clean these areas I would be interested in knowing.
Every time that if we had a problem, they were quickly to fix it plus the staff is super friendly
I would say average because I'm growing dissatisfied with the continued addition of reserved parking spaces. Reserved spaces wont help with the lack of parking. My suggestion would be to close the two pools, turn those spaces into small lots, then clear out the big lake to make one massive pool area.

Expensive ofcourse. No other option to get better internet and become victim of spectrum's monopoly. Very high late fee charge ($200). Recently they have started renting reserved parking spots. More than half are not rented but because of then we are facing lack of parking. Sometimes I hv to park in other corner of comminity. Moreover, some people have started parking by curb on turnings and are creating blind spots if you are coming out of your lane. This has increased collision hazards. Rents are skyrocketing every year. No benifits if being loyal and old renters. Half of the staff behave and act rude.
During pool parties u can see partiality and favoring being evident. All friends of staff members get all rewards and prices.
Maintenance staff is very good courteous and hard-working.
