I have sent emails (as has my husband) repeatedly asking when the TVs in the gym will be fixed. Currently, only a few tredmills and one bike has a working TV attached. All the ellipticals and the other bike's TVs do not work. It has been months. It is only important to me because I am often not home but like working out every day. It's a bummer.

As security guard makes his rounds, could he record burned out lights in halls and garage, and report to maintenance? Burned out hall lights have remained that way for 2-3 weeks, and then I report them and they are changed. When we first moved in security would do this and it helped!

Google Fiber! We are in one of the first neighborhoods to get fiber in the country and we are unable to get it. I know several people who moved into other lofts in the neighborhood simply because they could get google fiber, even though these are much nicer apartments for the money.

Get people to pick up after their pets. We have a dog, and appreciate a dog friendly community, but when people leave poo all over the grass it's no fun for anyone.

Almost all of the external "flood" lights on the east side of the building have gone out over the last year resulting in an environment where people don't feel that it's necessary to pick up after their pets at night.

Bring back the recycling, and put in a bulky items dumpster for people who are moving out. If you give people a place to put their furniture, they will use it instead of the recycling dumpsters.

Add all recycling, stop charging extra for water, garbage, and extermination, clean the grounds and remove the animal feces, clean the hallways and stairwells
