It was not like this at first but now my whole building 8803 is fully infested with roaches. Yes I am trying to move but in the meantime the property manager Clarisa Henderson will not get the building exterminated as promised. I have roaches in my stove, refrigerator, water bottles, in my dogs food, in my cabinets in my bathtubs which smells really really bad and she wont do anything about that. NO WAY should we have to live like this. Check the google reviews on Hudson Point Apartments in Kansas City, Mo. It's terrible and shameful that corporate will not do anything either to help Cushman Wakefield/Lund company. They just put it back on the lazy manager who wont answer the phone or answer the door even though she's in the office.

They have roaches andmice i have lived here 1 month they send someone but it does not help how can i go to sleep with mice in my bed i have gotten bite went in the office still didnt work i paid my money and no resulteds i brough roache spray its so many roaches mices are even in the walls i would like this problem fixed they have so many apts vacant it is ashamed what are you going to do people pulling guns out if they fixe up some of theses apt and spray all theses buildings get rid of theses mices in the walls and stop lying it might get better the people in the office just keep lying to other people too everybody got roaches just fixe it right if not maybe you want Bbb to come and check it out orcity Chambers of Commerce to come check it out my son died i cant even grive in piece for anothermice getting in the bed with me and biting me oh yes bite me on my nable and shouldr i caught it flush it i will get theses other people to write a review also

Lived here a month approx. no ac the whole time. Roaches. Now nats because of the severity of the problem. Many calls and an email to upper management with no return calls or emails. Prolly be my only lease, if we make it with no ac. Ridiculous. Go somewhere else. PM quit 1st day of ac season. Also got in a fight with me over where I parked my uhaul after driving from another state on move in day!! Maybe someone from corp should reach out. I will continue to post all over your media so everyone knows how bad things are.

They are quite nice, however, I think the price is too high when compared with competition and the neighborhood crime.

Great Ideal we can look with spending on gas.
