I am currently still a resident. I have been here for 6moths. As of Friday, 6/15/2018, my AC went out for the 2nd time, maintenance was called, came out and stated that I need a new unit and they could come out the next day to install it. Keep in mind this is the weekend of 90+ to 100 degree weather. Well, on Saturday I called and spoke to Nicole, who informed me that they are trying to locate the part, which is not what maintenace said I needed, but that it probably would have to wait until Monday. My response to that was I hope not, my son and I have health conditions that we would appreciate it being done sooner than later. Her response was "The city of Gladstone law does not require we supply you with air conditioning, we just do, and we can not get it done any sooner than Monday." In my opinion, not good customer service, and yes I am the consumer, I am holding up my end of the contract by keeping my apartment clean, cleaning up after my dog, and paying my rent on time and in most months, early. So, no AC fixed Saturday, and definitely not on Sunday, when temperatures hit 97 degrees inside of my apartment again. Call Monday morning, 10:15, told that they are locating the part. Call back at 12:35, told they have just gotten the part and they will be going to fix the AC as soon as the maintenance men are done with lunch. My son reports around 3:45 that they still have not come by to fix it. Call back again at 4:18, told that they have not come to fix it because they have to wait for the contractor to get here to fix it, and he works all hours of the evening and can show up at anytime, they get a call when he is on the way. I state that is not what was told to me earlier, this is the 4th day of this, it is hot and we are miserable, do you haven't any idea what time he will get around to this?
