Derick is amazing. He got me approved, found out what schools we will be zoned for, has been such a pleasure to work with thus far, and cant wait to move into our new place in August. Professional but down right fun is the only way to describe the leasing office which in the middle of such crazy times has been a true weight off my shoulders. For once i actually feel confident that my kids and I are at the right place for a safe,healthy and active lifestyle! Dont count this place out if your unsure about where to go. Lime many im rebuilding after a divorce and am a single parent. The community lifestyle design here is a safety feature that was a huge part of my apartment choice and final decision to make this community home. Application and acceptance was painless. Derick worked magic and fot us approved despite my fear it would be a challenge with still repairing damage from divorce. He made it happen. Dont pass this place by they will go to work for you and take that burden of finding the perfect home off your plate get you into ur budget and desired apartment and gjve you 55 of them to chose feom. I cant wait to enjoy all tbe amenities.underground parking was the icing on my cake. Ill no longer be the parking ticket queen! Thanks again yall. Cannot wait to get settled in our new home!!.
