We provide unmatched amenities, including: an outrageous clubhouse with indoor/outdoor gourmet kitchen & fireside lounge; business center; state-of?the-art cardio/strength training fitness center; relaxing club room with shuffle board and billiards tables; library/media room; fire pit; resort-style zero entry pool, and sun shelf; picnic grilling area; car wash station; dog wash station; yoga studio, infrared sauna ; and so much more!
The apartment staff is kind, the apartments are nice. Biggest problems: we have been here since May, and I think 7 door knobs have broken LOL; parking is pretty inconsistent; worst part is all of the lazy residents who leave trash out front of the apartments every day of the week.
We will probably move out when our lease is up this coming May; however, we don't regret spending a year here.
My advice would be to either align pricing with the quality of the apartment facility, or upgrade appliances and apartment to be worth pricing.
I lived in Brighton Creek Apartments for one year and just recently moved out because I got engaged to the man of my dreams and moved into his house. It was very bittersweet to leave because the leasing agents and the maintenance crew were so wonderful to me. They created such a fun and welcoming environment, as well as a strong sense of community. Even though I could not attend often, (since I traveled and worked the graveyard shift), the leasing agents always invited me to the fun events they were throwing for the residents. I travel a lot, so the leasing agents were also nice enough to check for any packages that were left in front of my apartment during Christmas. The maintenance staff would also fix any of the issues I had at the apartment virtually that day. These are just a few examples of how the Brighton Creek Apartment employees went above and beyond their job requirements. I highly recommend Brighton Creek Apartments to anyone!
I would not recommend living here. Hearsay determines the policy followed. The apartments are very poorly built. We are the first to live in this unit and 6 doorknobs have fallen off in 3 months. One bedroom is about 15 degrees warmer than another. The dryer plug in is on the opposite side of the laundry room from the vent. The counters were attached wrong causing the cabinet underneath to protrude farther out than the counter. Our garage leaks every time it rains despite us notifying the office. Trash is set outside apartments everyday of the week and sits until trash day. The dumpster constantly has a large pile of trash in front of it. Also a dog attached fellow residents and the office does not care because it was on a leash. Overall horrible place to live. The office only enforces curtain residents to follow the lease.
The rules in this facility are enforced based on hearsay alone. They enforce some rules and look the other way for others. Cheap quality, the door knobs fall off the doors, dishwasher doesn't work, etc. Trash is always overflowing and everywhere. Dog waste is everywhere. Pool is overrun with residents that invite all their non-resident friends. It is loud all the time, can't get any sleep. One bedroom is 20 degrees warmer than the other. Never any parking close to your apartment.
The air conditioning is continually malfunctioning on a regular basis. Every door handle in my apartment has fallen off and I fixed them. Cabinet doors have also fallen off. When it rains you might as well put your rubber boots on to walk across the sidewalk because the gutter spout empties onto the sidewalk. Trash is continually in hallways and on the sidewalk because of curbside pickup. The trash isn't the apartments fault but they need to get rid of that.
