What Renters Like and Dislike About Kansas City Metro

I am elderly and live alone. At two different neighbors keep watch in case I should need help. People seem to help one another here.

I like that it's close to north Kansas City and downtown. I like that it's near the highway. We're able to live in the suburban neighborhood but very close to the urban area. This area is also up and coming.

I like that it's quiet. I enjoy the accessibility of stores and other conveniences. I like the family style homes.

We are located near several restaurants. We have chains to mom and pop places. We enjoy going to a local Mexican restaurant that his been in the area for 16 years

Captains Bar and Grill it's mostly a bedroom. Community not a lot of businesses and fluff The people are mostly child bearing upper middle class people and professionals

I live in a neighborhood of cute old houses, we are within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc. there is a sense of community. There is a lot of history here.
