Stoneybrook is a small quiet community tucked away just off of 24 highway in independence close to premium shopping and dining. We feature one and two bedroom apartment homes equipped with stove, refrigerator and dishwashers. We have several unique floor plans to choose from. There are laundry rooms located in every building and each building has outside locked entries. We are a part of the accredited independence school district. There is a lovely new pool and bbq area for fun in the summertime.

The landlord is rude she don't care about tenants my apartment has been flooding since I have moved in every time it rains. Instead of putting me in a new apartment an getting it fixed they just pull up the padding in my bed room which means I have to move everything out of the room an wait for them to put the padding down I am currently and have been waiting over two weeks to but the padding back and they haven't yet. The maintenance guy will tell you that he will have Tandy the landlord call you but she never does. It just seems like they really don't care

I never received a call or anything about if they wanted me to come look at the house or just a call period.
