They are very rude and unprofessional. 20 years of patronizing this company the exit was very unruly. The Manager Jasmine is not for the job very aggressive and abrasive. She is a bitter angry person for a position dealing with the lively hood of others. The complex is now dark, depressing, noisy, and ghetto like the leasing office. The tone in the leasing office matches the look. I will never recommend anyone to do business with them. Initially this place was beautiful with pool and nice upkeep now higher cost less amenities. Nothing for children to do so eventually they get a kick out of knocking on door and running for fun. Some one was murdered in the complex and go figure they still increased the rent. Insurance skyrocketed due to crime rate. Trust me you can do better than making this a home. Mold infestation, mice, squirrels in ceilings, bedbug issues, nasty staff. Oh and if you like paying others utility bills this is a place for you they call it RUBS formula with hidden weightage fee

AC hardly ever works despite all the other small problems. Ive been enduring 90-95 degree heat with a infant under 1 years old for way too long. They could careless about you and have ignorant comments toward you when you call the leasing office. I was giving a temporary portable AC unit and the lady in the office said "Sorry the AC unit we gave you wasnt good enough for you" when i complained about it being 95 degrees in my apartment for 2 days
