I have lived here for 15 yrs and I know you're saying I have almost paid for my apartment right..LOL I have seen the ups and down but overall it really depends on the management team. And I can say right now this is the BEST TEAM since I've been here!! Margo, Alex and Miss Rhonda are awesome!! And they takes care of BUSINESS:)

My apartment is nice...but its been almost a month and Ive had to constantly call about a rack being broke in my closet as well as the dish washer not working they say someone is coming and its still not repaired. The management staff is Awsome tho! Just gotta do something about maintenance. I bet I would love the place once I can put my things away properly. Kind of a neat freak.

Overpriced for being basically in spanish lake, ghetto with grimey maintenance workers and receptionist who dont do anything but sit up and eat all day. The new owners havent done anything but fix the gate appearance, still no code.
