I DO NOT RECOMMEND POLO DOWNS! WARNING TO ALL EXISTING & FUTURE RENTERS TO CHOOSE CAREFULLY WHEN ITS TIME TO DECIDE.

NEW FEATURES OF POLO DOWNS INCLUDE ROACHES,MOLD,SLOPPY REPAIRS & UPGRADES,BROWN RECLUSE SPIDERS,ANTS,DOG & GOOSE FECES,PACKAGE THEFT,PARKING LOT CAR DAMAGES!

POLO DOWNS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTHING & UNFORTUNATELY IN CHARGE OF MAINTAINING THEIR OWN BUILDINGS & CONDITIONS.

ARROGANT SELF SERVING MANAGEMENT WITH NO RESPECT FOR THE INCONVENIENCES THEY WILL PUT YOU THROUGH! VERY CONFRONTATIONAL IF YOU DISAGREE OR CALL THEM OUT!

TRUST MY REVIEW I KNOW FIRST HAND HOW THEY REALLY ARE & THEY ARE GOOD AT MASKING IT UNTIL YOUR UNDER A LEASE THEN YOU'LL REALLY SEE THEIR TRUE COLORS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT WITH LITTLE TO NO INTEGRITY.

THE CURRENT THREE STOOGES MAINTENANCE CREW IS DOING SLUMLORD QUALITY WORK. OUTSOURCED WORK IS SLOPPY AS WELL & THEY SHOW NO RESPECT TO YOUR SPACE OR PROPERTY. USUALLY EXTENDING THE INCONVENIENCE TIME BY DAYS WHILE YOUR RESTRICTED OF THE USE OF DECK,PATIO OR PARKING.

HERE ARE SOME OF MY EXPERIENCES:
*FOUR ATTEMPTS & INCONVENIENT VISITS TO FIX A LEAKING TOILET IN A 1 BATH UNIT. ITS STILL NOT FIXED & LEAKING AS I WRITE THIS REVIEW STILL. THEY SAY THEY HAVE TO GET APPROVAL & ORDER A TOILET... LOWES IS AROUND THE CORNER & ITS LEAKING WHATS TO APPROVE! FLOOR DAMAGED & CONCERN WITH MOLD NOW!
*CAULKING AN UNSECURED GFI BACK INTO THE WALL INSTEAD OF USING A SCREW
*QUOTE "WE'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO SATISFY YOU" (WHEN I WAS TALKING ABOUT MINIMUM STANDARDS EXPECTED BY ALL & LAW)
*TOLD ME A ROTTEN RAILING AROUND A PATIO WOULD BE DONE IN 3 WEEKS IT'S NOW BEEN 5 WEEKS & COUNTING.
*QUOTED ME A $100 HIGHER RENT ON A UNIT THAT'S ADVERTISED FOR LESS
*THEY PUT ON A NEW EXTERIOR NICKEL DOOR HANDLE & THEY REUSE THE BRIGHT BRASS STRIKER THAT IS NOT COMPATIBLE SO YOU HAVE TO USE BOTH HANDS TO PULL ON DOOR & FORCE IT TO LOCK
*DECK & SIDING REPAIRS ARE NOT PROPERLY FLASHED SO NOW WATER RUNS STRAIGHT DOWN THE WALLS INTO PATIO DOOR TRACKS.

Moved here from out of state and signed a 6 month lease after talking with management on the phone. Agreed to sign after being told I can go month to month after the 6 months were up in order to purchase a home and not be locked in to a long lease. We have been here 4 months and have never been late on payment. No complaints against us. We are both in our 50's, no reason for any problems from us nor any proof. Now the offer has been rescinded. Recently called the owner which is Janine Berra, owner of JH Berra Construction Co. and owner of Terra West LLC.. She was polite at first. I explained my situation to her and she then told me that I was not being singled out. It's what the company had to do. Janine and the management does not realize that I am not their corporate slave and will not feed the machine after being lied to. At the moment I cannot recommend this apartment to anyone although I gave them a good reference and received credit for getting them another pawn into an apartment for them. I will talk to them one more time before I can see if my two month notice will bring any truth to this post. All I ask is that they fulfill their end of the agreement. I would have never moved here if I knew that I could not go month to month at the end of my 6 month lease. I even agreed to pay $1600 a month in order to do so. Janine Berra (owner), Lisa (management) and Ravae (management), do the right thing. All I want is the chance to buy a home without being pressured to sign or move out. One more thing, thanks to the internet for social media. My reference probably agrees to this fact. I will follow up later and give a final review and rating.
