Living here for 3 years so far, I love it. Four winds in a few blocks from shopping, work, and great parks and golf. Staff is professional and efficient, maintenance staff is on point, parking and sidewalks are always shoveled and salted in winter.

Have been living here since July. Even though it's close to I70 it's pretty quiet and everyone seems friendly. My apartment is cozy but spacious and I get compliments from everyone that visits. The office & maintenance team are awesome. Had a small issue fixed within an hour of notifying them. They treat me like more than just a tenant. So far I'm very happy I chose this place

Four Winds Villages has been very accommodating to my roommate and I. We love the basement style, and love having a porch. The maintenance team is very responsive when you put in an online request. It is so easy to pay rent and access any information you need online. Very happy with our decision to rent at Four Winds Villages!

Awesome staff! They always respond to my service requests in a timely manner and are so friendly and helpful. They have made this place feel like home now that the new management has taken over. There were a couple of shakey managers before, but Gale and Tim are really working hard at making it a nice village again!
