Too much noises from the renovations, contact westmont management and they just told me they have no idea when it will be finished. It would have been better if management sends emails to their residents for a heads up for upcoming construction unfortunately they do not excert such efforts. If your work demands you to work late hours- Doctors or Nurses, where you only get to sleep on daytime, looking for a home with peace and quiet this is NOT it.

I have generally liked the staff and neighbors but the maintenance is not good enough. The Cove pool has not been operational this season at all. I chose my apartment for for the proximity and quietness of this pool. Mid season and it is still closed not to mention the lawn furniture is sloppily piled in heaps, the cabana is damaged and the water is green and murky. I am waiting for a mosquito problem to follow. This is what you see when you look out your Windows and who wants to sit on their patio and look at this mess? I feel that my rent is in support of this amenity. We also had several lovely trees that were removed because of storm damage, but not 1 was replaced.
