They are just scammers increasing the price twice in the same day compared to what they advertise online.

Apartments are very nice .

The buildings are infested with roaches and brown recluse spiders. Management will not do anything about it except send in a pest control company that sprays 3 walls and thinks thats good enough. Someone got a brown recluse BITE, people have roaches running around, and nothing has been done about it. Dont bother trying to complain because they will claim no one else has the same issues. I know multiple people who live here and we all have problems. The pests are unsanitary and dangerous, and management doesnt care about that. Pest control even told us we wouldnt want to know what kind of pests other units are dealing with, as if roaches and brown recluses arent repulsive enough. The windows are horrible, so youll pay a fortune on electric bills. If water gets into your unit or you appliances leak, no one will deal with it in a timely manner. Find somewhere else to live.

Very rude employees and terrible maintenance staff

Terrible experience, quality of maintenance requests is poor, quality of building is poor, staff members in their office are certainly not a joy to work with. Don't move here unless you enjoy repeat tickets especially HVAC issues, layers of paint slipped on your walls to cover up existing issues, dry rotted balconies, 200+ dollar electric bills in the summer when your ac is running, street hoodlum electricians to be allowed in your apartment while you're at work that flip breakers, laugh, and make jokes to their co-workers after they notice they just killed power to your rack mount servers while the complex doesn't hold themselves responsible for any of it.

My daughter recently moved out of Baxter Crossings after a 2 year lease. We had the pleasure of working with Cristina Putnam on several different occasions. Cristina always greeted us with a smile on her face and was quick to resolve our issues. She was very knowledgeable about the terms of our lease and it was great getting to know her during our time at the apartment. Thanks, Cristina!

The girls in the office are absolutely wonderful to work with! They make looking for a new home effortless and continue to make the experience great during your stay at Baxter!

I absolutely loved living here!!!

I have lived here for about 6 months now and I’m still in love with my choice of apartment complex! The staff and management is AMAZING! Since the beginning, they made my application and move-in process painless and time efficient. They are always so willing to help and are EXTREMELY friendly! I also love how they are constantly trying to keep the complex up to date! There is always some type of upgrade being made to the apartments, parking lots, and clubhouse! These people truly care about making Baxter Crossings the BEST it can be!!!

This is hands down the worst place I have ever lived. To take things from the very beginning- we weren’t allowed to have a walk through of our apartment prior to moving in- on our move in day- as we’re signing the lease we were informed that one of our bathrooms was completely unfinished and unusable and they had ‘no idea’ until the day of. That made absolutely no sense. They only fixed it after I basically had to track them down every day for two weeks. This was a breach of contract and they had absolutely no sympathy. The staff takes absolutely no initiative on fixing issues. There is zero communication and zero solutions. They are currently replacing all of the mailbox locks and keys throughout the entire complex which has forced every resident to collect their mail from the post office. That was fine for the first week- but now it’s been a month and there have been no leads as to when the locks will be fixed. After calling and calling- they blame it on the post office. I have gone to the post office and talked to just about every staff member and they have absolutely no clue what Baxter crossing is talking about and say that the locks and keys are completely not their responsibility. It’s infuriating. Next up- let’s talk about the couple of roaches we have found in our apartment. My boyfriend and I are clean young professionals that clean daily and are extremely conscious of our living space. We have found two roaches in our kitchen- called the front desk- they said that they would add us to their ‘list’. I followed up with them this morning (6 days later) and they said ‘oh we meant to get someone over there but we wrote down your address wrong’. They had our phone number the whole time. Again no solution. I could go on and on about all of the things that bother me about this place. The broken fitness equipment in the gym. The amount of screaming unsupervised children that run around in the parking lot and put themselves in danger. The crappy in home washer and dryer system that you basically have to run twice for every cycle. This all stems from the management. Lack of communication. Absolutely zero solutions. As long as they have your money they’re happy. Don’t let this place fool you like it did us.
