    They are just scammers increasing the price twice in the same day compared to what they advertise online.

    The buildings are infested with roaches and brown recluse spiders. Management will not do anything about it except send in a pest control company that sprays 3 walls and thinks thats good enough. Someone got a brown recluse BITE, people have roaches running around, and nothing has been done about it. Dont bother trying to complain because they will claim no one else has the same issues. I know multiple people who live here and we all have problems. The pests are unsanitary and dangerous, and management doesnt care about that. Pest control even told us we wouldnt want to know what kind of pests other units are dealing with, as if roaches and brown recluses arent repulsive enough. The windows are horrible, so youll pay a fortune on electric bills. If water gets into your unit or you appliances leak, no one will deal with it in a timely manner. Find somewhere else to live.

    Terrible experience, quality of maintenance requests is poor, quality of building is poor, staff members in their office are certainly not a joy to work with. Don't move here unless you enjoy repeat tickets especially HVAC issues, layers of paint slipped on your walls to cover up existing issues, dry rotted balconies, 200+ dollar electric bills in the summer when your ac is running, street hoodlum electricians to be allowed in your apartment while you're at work that flip breakers, laugh, and make jokes to their co-workers after they notice they just killed power to your rack mount servers while the complex doesn't hold themselves responsible for any of it.
