Maintenance does a fantastic job! Office staff is always friendly too! Great fitness center and pools, I highly recommend this complex.
The staff is extremely helpful and available to answer any questions at any time. The units I saw were well kept and up to date. I am very excited to live here.

Pros: The staff at the reception are nice and friendly, some units have nice views but nothing luxurious or unique.
Cons: The Management on-site is rude to its staff and residents. They take hours of your time arguing, but offer no resolve or an apology even when they are at 100% fault.
There was an error in rental portal due to not making a timely manual entry by the Management to cancel move-out notice and/or start a new lease once the current lease expires. It caused me a late fee of $110.48. Instead of taking care of it, they added a second late fee of $50,next month for not paying previous late fee. They left notices on my door saying, if not paid by the end of the day, they will send to the collection agencies even after I have reached out to them about it. So, I went to see the Asst. Manager next day and he was rude from the beginning, no greetings, and started explaining what happened in the back end for the late fee to occur and warned me he would end the meeting if I interrupt him. So, I sat there for a whole hour while he tried many different ways to find fault with me and do his math with pen and paper. Final conclusion is,
Assistant Manager: You did everything on or before time and just exercised your rights. I was not here on the weekend you gave notice, to take care of it which caused all of this.
Me: What are you going to do about it? Can you manually take off the fee?
Assistant Manager: No, we can't, definitely not for the last month (it's been only 20 days since the fee was posted). About this month fee, I will give it a try. If we have to change one account manually we have to send it to Corporate and they will have to check every single account of all the residents.
I gave my move-out notice and left. There was not one apology for an inappropriate fee of $160.48, wasting my time, rudeness, not to mention its their fault to start with. Look else where, unless you want some one walk all you and go through a similar experience.
