What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Cape Girardeau

The rent is reasonable and the apartment has central heat and air. We don't have to mow the lawns or shovel snow. There's a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

Caparha park is the towns major park its ok needs to be updated and stuff but has everything u would need

I like that everyone pretty much knows each other either personally or members of your family. that's about it

I think the fact that all our neighbors are close and friendly is unique. We are very close to downtown, so it's easy for a night out. However, we're also very close to the other side of town to, so it's a good medium

There is sidewalks in front of the house. People are always walking. Everyone speaks to each other. Love my small town.

Nothing really happens here, so I don't have to pay attention to anything. Most of the time it's pretty quiet, especially at night.
