Just the staff is always been friendly and very helpful. On my maintenance issues are completed very timely
great place to live
I placed a deposit for over 500$ for a rental. No call backs, no answer the phone. This goes on for a while, then i call...they say i need a co signer. I think fine (even though my credit isn't bad and my income is alright) and do that because i need to move. No call backs, rarely in the office. Suddenly i get a phone call while I'm at work saying they cant do it (the co signer had enough cash to probably buy the complex lol). They keep 70$ in application fees and 3 weeks before I'm supposed to move with my children they tell me no. The management was rude, unorganized and never in. The management was probably one of the most unprofessional and disorganized places i have encountered.
Relatively good place for a townhome. Upper floors were uneven and squeaked every time I walked on them. A few maintenance issues that were resolved in a timely manner. It is what it is.
My biggest gripe is the expenses taken out of my deposit.
I was there for only eight months while my house was built. No kids or pets. Just me. Rent was always paid on time. I stored my belongings in the two spare bedrooms. I basically ate and slept there.
I have rental properties, so I know how hard renters are on them. I wasnt. They charged me $75 to clean the carpets and $85 to clean the shower doors and replace the butter cover in the fridge and one cabinet handle. They were both missing when I moved in, but I didnt notice them until after the move-in inspection. I wonder how many times theyve charged for the same items?
Oh, and there is a smoke alarm almost directly over the range. It sounded if I boiled water.
DO NOT RENT HERE! It takes months for maintenance to fix anything. I guess they expect you to pay rent but then go without being able to use simple things like the garbage disposal, showers, dryers etc. till they feel like fixing it a couple months later. The office staff is super rude for the most part and they rarely return phone calls.
