DO NOT LIVE HERE. I repeat. DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could give this place no stars I certainly would without hesitation. This place is awful and awfully run. Several years ago when I moved into the apartment I was assigned, it was absolutely disgusting. The common areas had hair and dirt everywhere and the bedroom was the worst thing ive ever seen in my 22 years of living. The tub looked like 40 people went mud riding with dogs and washed all of the mud off in the tub and didn't rinse it out. The baseboards and walls were filthy. the carpet looked like several had animals used it as their toilet. If you took all of the hair off of the baseboards in the common areas and just my room, you could make enough wigs for every hairless person in the WORLD. Everything was nasty and you could clearly tell they didn't clean anything before we moved in. It took 2 people 4 hours to just clean the bedroom and bathroom 4 HOURS. that is not including the several hours spent cleaning the fridge, oven, getting the hair off the couches, etc. fast forward to move out. the lease says NOTHING about getting the carpet professionally cleaned but you are required to get the carpet cleaner or you will be charged. They will charge you for literally anything and everyone get some kind of charge. I have seen charges vary from $70-$300. Granted everything was disgusting and dirty when I moved in, it was all cleaned by me BUT I was still charged for spots and things that were ALREADY THERE WHEN I MOVED IN. Its convenient and cheap but you get what you pay for and for that reason. DO NOT LIVE HERE. It was the worst decision I have made to date in college and I certainly do not want anyone else to make that mistake.
Great atmosphere, great service, great prices, great location!
Terrible. Potholes are the worst thing about this place, and there's not enough guest parking, and they do not give guest passes like other apartments in Starkville when the lot is full. Not worth staying here.
I toured 21 apartments. The grounds were very well maintained, apartment I viewed looked like it had fresh paint through out. Very clean. But the best part if my touring experience was the staff. From the office to the the maintenance staff. We spoke with Chad in maintenance, he was very helpful and extremely friendly. Felt like home.

Overall Experience: If there was an option to rate 21 Apartments with zero stars, I would! I have lived in 21 Apartments for 3 years with the same two roommates and we all have experienced horrible living conditions, rude and unprofessional maintenance, office staff and management! We have so many problems from every aspect on 21 is almost to the point that its sad! I will be breaking my review in multiple sections to explain why NO ONE SHOULD LIVE AT 21 APARTMENTS. Dont believe the look of the model apartment. The furniture that comes in the model does not come in the apartment. *P.S. Anyone that reads this review that works at 21, please DO NOT comment under my review trying to apologize and saying we can talk about the issue, I have no interest in talking to anyone that works here*
