I like that the houses are brand-new. I like that we have a garage and privacy. I like that we are near hospitals and not very far from the police station.

family oriented neighborhood ,walking distance to store and restaurants.I like going to the park with my grandkids near by

We live on a pond that joins with a creek. Our views from our screened porches are beautiful and the wildlife is fun to watch.

It's easy access to schools and college events. Not too far from town and shops. Had a near by gas stations.
