My husband and I have lived here for a couple years now. We noticed immediately that our apartment was crooked when we moved in, but figured wed deal with it for the few years we planned to live in Jackson. Other than that, we didnt have many problems in our first year there. However, they seemed to have changed management, and thats when everything turned to crap. Maintenance takes weeks and many phone calls before they finally show up. And they dont always fix the problem. Its so badly insulated that the A/C cant keep up and it gets as hot as 80 degrees during the day. The office seems to never be open even though we go during business hours and they dont answer the phone or call you back. Now they are raising rent prices, even though everything is only getting worse. Trust me and stay far away from this place.

The apartments are kept up. The staff in the office are friendly and responsive. I have no complaints. I've been living here going on two years.

My living experience is great! The ladies in the office are beyond professional, the maintenance that is here now is great maintenance issues are done very quickly. It's quiet they even have new lighting which makes a big difference. It's been some great things taking place at Oakbrook. I love the managers personality you can tell she loves what she does, Jill and the new girl are nice too.

It is definitely a safe environment, I love the fact that everyone on staff knows me by name and watches out for me and keeps me up to date on everything. I hope they keep the good work up!
