    The leasing agents are so helpful, the managers are extremely professional, and maintenance is so quick is solving any issue I have, which is not often.

    Ive been staying @ the Vineyard for years. I havent had not one bad experience, its very quiet and peaceful. Im very impressed with the employees in the office, maintenance and yard keepers. Im very impressed.

    I love it here. The amenities are always very clean and Anita and Dana are always working hard, sweet and helpful. The maintenance grew is polite and get things done in a timely manner.

    I currently live here and its HORRIBLE. There is absolutely no where to park after a certain time here. They NEVER follow through on fixing anything around here, unless you stay on them. They definitely want your money quick but will not fix anything quick. I WOULDN'T MOVE HERE, unless you have no other option.... Oh and they're always making up reasons to go up on rent here.. Terrible

    I am an ex-three-year-resident. I highly recommend everyone AVOID The Vineyard Apartments as their residence. The management is unprofessional and dishonest! When I moved in three years ago the vinyl mini-blinds were brittle and sun-damaged. I did not know this during the initial move-in inspection because this is not something visible to the naked eye. I found it out shortly after when the ends started breaking off with even the slightest touch. I did not report this as I use black-out curtains, so the defective blinds were not an issue for me. Even when I knew I was moving out I did not report the damaged blinds because I knew it would be much easier for them to replace the obviously sun damaged blinds in an empty apartment. In other words, I was trying to do the "right thing" for myself and The Vineyard Apartments. As I said above, I was a three-year resident with not one late rent payment or negative report. Imagine my shock when two weeks after I vacated the apartment I received a bill that included $220 for the mini blind replacement. I immediately phoned the manager and she informed that "Their Policy" was to charge residents for damage mini blinds. Apparently, the management at The Vineyard Apartments believes that making unprofessional and dishonest claims against a former tenant is "okay" when you call it "Your Policy". I gave the management every opportunity to make this right and "do the right thing". I can assure them that my honest and accurate reviews will cause them much, much more money than they have extorted from me through their dishonest and unprofessional "Policies".
