I am looking into 2 or 3 bedroom house or apartment.
Loved the place and staff .... great quiet place to live....only moved due to hurricane Katrina......they needed time to remodle....look forward to moving back in March 1st 2019.
Maintenance crew was amazing ....fixed everything super fast
The property was neat and clean. Although I understood managements strategy of keeping it as through wanting a current pay stub I felt this to be pretty difficult to work with as I am moving to the area from out of state and will not be able to provide her with such. I am a professional and starting my private practice in the area. Rules are too rigid to work with. Too bad.
Management works well with the residents, maintenance takes care of issues right away. The pool is excellent and they spray monthly for bug's whether you see any or not. The manager shows that she cares about the tenants concerns
We offer clean affordable housing. All units were remodeled in last two years. Energy efficient appliances, self cleaning oven, ice maker in refrigerator, dishwashers are provided, ceiling fans in living room and master bedroom. We provide water and high speed Internet. We have a laundromat on site and washer/dryer hook-ups in the apartment. Move-in special $399.
