The young lady that showed me the apartment was very friendly, but the apartment was very smelly, dirty, carpet filthy, floors extremely worn, baseboards damaged. They need extreme updating. The outside grounds and patio were very poorly kept . They need a makeover in an extreme way.

This is my first apartment and I have had nothing but issues with this property. The last month of my lease was a nightmare that I wouldn't wish on no one. I HAD SEWAGE BACKED UP IN MY SINK FOR 4 WEEKS! This matter was reported on January 5, 2018. I had to return to the office a week later (1/12/18) to report that no one had come to at least look at my sink. The maintenance guy all of sudden shows up and unscrews the pipe to release the water which was only a temporary fix. He then tells me they would have to get the plumber out there to look at it. Yet again, another week goes by and no one has came back to fix the sink which is now filled again with brown, horrible smelling sewage water. So I return to the office again and spoke with a manager who just called and told the maintenance guy to come back to my apartment. She tried to blame it on the pipes that had burst around the city during that same week because of freezing temperatures. HOW? I HAD BEEN EXPERIENCING THIS FOR 3 WEEKS NOW! So someone came and unclogged the sink again while I was at work, but 2 days later on 01/27/18, I return home from work to see a huge puddle of water coming from that sink all the way into my kitchen. So now the floor is soaking wet, including the carpet in half of my living room and yet again all I can smell is sewage water. On 1/29/18, I returned to the office again to report this and get the same excuse "Oh well I thought they had fixed that issue. I'm so sorry but we will have the contractors to come back out." I guess that was supposed to calm me down and make me have faith in them again, WRONG! So I come home from work at 01:30 of 1/30/18 morning to find my floor muddy with guess what, black backed up water in my sink. So no I don't recommend this place for no one that has asthma like I do. I'm pretty sure mold and all types of bacteria has grown in this apartment so if you're assigned J6, RUN!!!

I had several things wrong with my apartment upon my move in date that have never been fixed. When the maintenance do come they do not leave a notice saying that they were in my apartment home. The management have been very rude to me and my husband.

Come by our office and speak with the manager personally and we will be sure all of your concerns are addressed and resolved. Our maintenance staff should always leave a note when they have entered your apartment and we will be sure to check on this as well. We hope that we can improve and make your stay enjoyable.
