The Advantages

Worst place I have ever lived. They never fix anything, when they do, it's broke within the next week so you're back to square one. Office staff is rude. These apartments have horrible bad water damage and mold, and they just cover everything up with paint. The whole complex needs to be torn down. The pool is never cleaned. The playground always has a mini swamp around it. Just a horrible place to live.

Nice apartment, I am looking for a two apartment

They don't do anything for the apartments , they have mold in the apartments and they only come when the have to or when they want to , they put me in a one bedroom with mold , roaches , and bugs. IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!

The Advantages? More like the DISadvantages. The real question is what isnt wrong with this place. In the year and half that weve lived here, weve endured a broken and leaky air conditioner, that caused BLACK MOLD in our closets, a half broken bathroom sink, a kitchen sink and garbage disposal that BARELY works, a dishwasher that was broken for about 6 months, and a balcony that was cracked down the middle and we lived on the third floor. We called them to come fix these things when we first moved in but they never came and claimed we never called these problems in. Theyre definitely not pet friendly, my dog was constantly threatened and harassed by another tenants and the leasing office did nothing about it after I complained. The leasing office is extremely unprofessional and rude. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone I know. Dont waste your time.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The office staff is so RUDE and unconcerned, they tell you they'll fix things & they never do. Had a LEAK in my bathroom and in my living room...THEY SPRAY PAINTED OVER IT (yes, you read that correctly). I've been here 10 months and I JUST received a mailbox key LAST MONTH and that's only b/c the POST OFFICE was on their back about not being able to deliver mail...THE POOL DOES NOT WORK (filled with algae and God knows what else). I cannot wait until my lease is up! Oh yeah, be sure to keep ALL your Money order receipts & take pictures of the front before giving it to them--they're known for losing them or having them "stolen". The price is attractive but you get what you pay for; Spend the extra $100/month for a NICER complex, it'll be worth it! This may be the place for you if you don't care about having a nice apartment, enjoy being harassed by the office for RENT THAT YOU ALREADY PAID, or just simply have a passion for being stressed out & lied to by people who are suppose to be a service to the complex. Very outdate apartments overall:CONCRETE walls inside the apartments, FILTHY carpets when you move in, Mold growing in the walls. PLEASE STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE, THIS COMPLEX HAS NOTHING TO OFFER!

Maintence hardly ever comes. If they do, they don't actually fix anything. My fridge wasn't working for months. They came and told me "I had too much stuff on my fridge." It took calling the management of the whole property to get anything done about that. I had thrown away food for months!!! Packages are delivered to office and nobody checks to see what's getting picked up. I had packages stolen from the office and they just acted like they didn't care. Water leaked under the floor in my bedroom for months. They said they fixed it, they didn't. Water leaked in my Closet and ruined many of my clothes and shoes. The front office staff are rude. It would be an ok place to live if they could get management together. I'd never live here again. Rent should only be $500 for the living conditions. Awful.
