Management needs some internal review
Now that I have paid my last month's rent, I now feel comfortable writing my review of the complex. I have been a resident at this property during its time as Boardwalk at Dewberry Landing, Landmark Apts, and finally Tremont @ 22 and each time the complex passed hands, it seems to continuously decline in satisfaction given to the residents. I would not recommend this complex to anyone because upper management seem to have the idea that they want to be on the same level as The Reserve, The Crowne, and Cross Creek Village as a high end luxury apartment, however, they are missing the mark on SEVERAL points. What makes those other apartments as high end and exclusive as they are is not only the elegance of the complex, but also the understanding that if rules are broken, you will be either fined or evicted. There is no understanding with them if the rules are broken. Here at Tremont @ 22, instead of punishing those who break the rules, they just change them so it affects everyone as a whole, included those who are doing what is right. There are empty threats of fines, but usually when things get out of hand, we just hear from security a few days later that something that was perfectly okay a week ago is now against the rules. That is not fair to those who actually pay heed to the community rules, and is actually a violation of the Landmark lease to those who originally signed under Landmark Apartments.
In another point, there are amenities that were sold to me under my lease, but I have no access to because they contribute to the "student living environment", and they want to forc
I moved in three days ago. My electronic gate code/key does not work. I have called the emergency maintenance number twice with no response. Now I cant get back into the gate without waiting for someone to go in. Rent is too expensive not to have gate access. If future problems are met with the same urgency, it will be a long lease.
I have called 9 times today. They have not returned my phone call, or followed up once. The problem is still not fixed. Apparently the on call maintenance guy is in Texas. Worse maintenance system.
