We have a new manger and I could not ask for a better place to stay! Everything gets seen to and we love it!
Poor management service and slow maintenance performance. I dont recommend this place unless they get better workers that do their jobs instead of having attitudes, and lying about repairs being done.
I despise this apartment complex. They are not efficient at handling anything in maintenance. I have been here for over a year. The first day I got in my apartment I did not have a refrigerator, there was a huge water stain in the kitchen from the upstairs bath was leaking, the air was not working properly, and the toilet was not working properly. I did get the fridge and air done however, the air to this day does not blow upstairs. It can be cold down stairs and hot as all get out up stairs. In the winter when I do use the heater instead of space heaters it will not turn of. Like it was stuck 3 times and had gotten to 90 degrees in the apartment. I was told that it was not a priority and they will check it first thing Monday morning. I had and still have a leak in my bath tube that shows in the kitchen. It was leaking for over 6 months and I kept telling them to come and fix it. Then, one weekend on a Saturday, the tub faucet just stopped working and began to run as if I was trying to fill up the tub for a bath. I called the maintenance and they told me that there is noting they can do that day because they could not turn the water off. So I had a running faucet for 2 days. They attempted to fix it for over a 5 month period. It was never done correctly and eventually they had to call a real plumber to stop it totally. Well by then the ceiling in the kitchen had gotten so bad that it looked as if the ceiling was going to fall in from all the water it was holding and started to turn black. They came in and called them selves fixing the hole. However, they torn that part of the ceiling out and left a huge hole in the ceiling for a week. When the man came to patch it he put a plastic bag over it. That is when we realized that the leak was not fixed. When we went to take a bath the water was running straight down. Needless to say, that did not last. I had to put a bucket over it. My dishwasher was broken and I got one after they decided that it was not fixable, 6 tries.
They make promises about fixing things and never do. Yes, they are very kind and sweet on the phone, but they devil is too until he gets what he wants and in their case, tenants and rent!
