Parking lot floods, roaches and spiders since we moved in, window has leak from the outside, and they literally told us that they can not fix it. No lights in the bed room you have to use lamps. Poor communication from management as our rent went up an extra $150 and we were not notified about it. Next thing we know we have a note on the door stating we have 3 days to move out or pay. They are very poor at handling situations. The new total of our monthly rent is now $850 for a one bed room with no washer and dryer. That is the price our house payment is going to be each month. My advice is that if you can afford $850 for rent then you should just go ahead and buy a house.

Thank you for expressing your concerns with your home; it is our goal to make your home a nice place to live.
We will contact the exterminator for the unwanted pests in your home. In the future, please make sure to put in a work order, so we can have your home treated especially for those pests.
Please submit a work order for your window, so we know exactly which window has an issue and we can address it.
I see that we sent you a letter in February regarding your up coming lease expiration in March. We also emailed you on March 29th with a new lease; and texted you on April 6th regarding the month-to-month fee of $150, which is spelled out in your lease agreement. If you sign a lease for seven months or more, there is no short-term or month-to-month charges. If you are planning to move, please remember that you need to submit a 30-day notice in writing.
I also understand the frustration of the parking lot flooding; however; that was out of our control as the city had an issue and has since corrected it.
Although our offices are closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are still here in the office to serve you. Just give us a call and we will take care of your needs.

Under current mgmt my repeated requests to replace the missing fire extinguisher from my breeze way have been completely ignored, along with my last service request for a replacement light from under my microwave. Both request were first made more than 6 months ago. Also since the new security gates have been implemented, they were installed everywhere but the Three Rivers Rd entrance (the main road that borders the complex). Since the other gates are generally always kept open (during daylight hours, and often around the clock.) All the new arrangement has accomplished is to shut off access to Three Rivers. To those of us who live near that entrance, it provides no extra security when the other gates are always open. It just blocks convenient access for those of us who must now come and go from the far end of the complex. As a resident of 3 years, who has always had an exit right near my unit ( I waited to move in until I could get a ground floor unit adjacent to an entrance and dumpster) this is a sore subject,as well as a daily inconvenience. It seems that since the other gates are very often left open, that the Three Rivers entrance could also be unlocked during those hours, or have another electric access gate be installed there too.

Don't fix anything. Want me to replace the blinds and I been out here for 5 years. I also never got my carpet cleaned.
