The community is always quiet and very clean. There aren't many admities, however it is ideal for the size of the property. They provide the residents with a maintain dog park, nice managed pool, and a new fitness center. I have lived here for two pleasant years with no concerns. Management is available 24 hours a day. You have a need, she will go way and beyond for you. For these being older apartments, Magnolia Crossing is by far the best place to live that will meet your budget!
Been totally satisfied, Safe & serene! My area is low key, never having a problem that's not corrected in a timely manner!
I would not let my dog live here. This is the worse place to live. Roaches everywhere!!! The landlord does not respond in a timely manor for questions and concerns. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
You can live here. That is the only upside to these apartments, by the strictest definition they are places to live. The landlord is never available, and will often go days, weeks, or in my personal experience, months without fixing or addressing a problem you've reported. This is on the rare chance that their voicemail isn't full already, or the apartments voicemail isn't full too. The office is almost always closed, and as mentioned above, calling and reaching them is nearly impossible. Doing so is winning a lottery you'd rather not.
Apartment had roaches when i moved in, stained carpets, and rotted cabinets. Landlord is nosey and unprofessional. She trys to raise the rent every time the lease is up and explains the market keeps going up. There are cheaper places nearby. Finally, my car has been broken into like 7 times and some of the residents hit my door to my car and never told me about it. Im out as soon as possible.
