Nice apartment interior, and loved the gas stove amenity addionally the unit i viewed had three dead bugs in it which means no preparation was taken before i viewed. Also, the breezeways were dirty with cigarette butts and the grass was filled with dog feces although the proper receptacles were in plain view.

Thank you for your review and we apologize that your experience was not a great one. We do keep the pet stations on property for pet owners to use, unfortunately not everyone complies. We do have a daily pick up for this. Grande View is a great community and we invite you back anytime, thank you!

Ive only been here for a few months but I have loved it so far! Its a great location and I feel really safe being here. The neighbors are nice and the staff is so attentive. The fact that they have a dog park on site is great for me with two large dogs who need to run around and shake off some crazy!

I have lived at Grande View Apts for 3 years. The staff is awesome. Maintenance issues taken care promptly. Grounds very well kept. Great neighbors. LOVE IT HERE!

I've lived here for almost 2 years and the gate has probably worked for less than 2 months total time. The gated aspect was part of why I chose this property to begin with and I don't like paying for something that I can't use. They have drastically increased the price for renewal of my apartment lease and I will be moving when it expires.

Good Morning! Unfortunately, we did have an issue with our gate, but the issue has been resolved! The gates are in working order, and a notice was sent out to all residents notifying you that the gates are indeed working. We hate to hear that you won't be renewing your lease agreement with us! Please stop by the leasing office whenever you get the chance so we can discuss your renewal rate.

Nice and respectful neighbors. Just moved in and several have said hello or asked if we needed a hand moving. We barely needed to clean up the apartment when we moved in because it was nicely cleaned. A very nice and clean pool area. Very nice grounds as well. Right next to the beach. Nice patios that are screened in. A very nice lay out in the apartment! Love everything about it! And very nice managers as well!
