Good price for its space. Just the left turn light sucks and I have had a lot of car issues from getting my car a nice long scratch and it being stolen. So get the $40 garage even tho it'' s basically a shack of wood. Parking sucks if you don'' t get a garage and pretty sure all the close garages are taken. Guest don'' t get to park in the lot, they park on the street which can be a good walk. My building smells like cigs and weed. And I have this stench I can'' t get rid of. Seems to be dog friendly as do many neighbors have dogs. Not a lot of amenities. But comfy I guess.
