What Renters Like and Dislike About Walnut Grove

Quite, everyone says hello to everyone. No problems in the neighborhood. It is near grocery stores and public transportation.

it is a gated 55+ community. Local businesses are mostly mom and pop. We have a clubhouse with bar and restaurant that is golf cart accessible

Nothing unique. Walmart is walking distance. To the park i love spendingtimewithmykids andgrandkids.

My neighborhood is home to a wide variety of personalities and cultural types. My favorite local businesses are the nearby restaurants that are owned by native individuals to the area. My favorite places to go are the numerous state parks that are situated within so many miles of where I live.

The rent is cheap for now. I was told it's going up gone renewal time do I'll have to look elsewhere.

Not so close to neighbors connects me with nature love waking up to the sounds of birds chirping not traffic
