The place is decent for the price. Could be cleaned up and is outdated. Neighbors are cool and you can score coke and weed from the Daryl guy that lives there.

Personally I prefer a newer building with new construction and updated amenities which this property does not include. It also is not very well-maintained but again that reason is because it is an older property but the main and probably most important and most attractive thing about this apartment complex is that it literally is located right on Lake Minnetonka. There is dock and boat access in the backyard of this property which is incredible. It has an amazing view and it does not get much better when it comes to a backyard location, then being directly located on the lake!
