I toured the apartments and loved the location, amenities, and newly remodeled look. The price is high for a single person, as a tiny 340 sq ft studio is going for $895, but the 1 and 2 bedrooms are more decently priced. On their website, they have 500 sq ft studios listed at $795, which is misleading at best. Also, they just instituted a hard line no pet policy, which was a deal breaker for me as I have a house rabbit.
We love the view of the grounds.
Price too high for the area. Renovations done on some apartments. Why do property owners believe they need to raise the rent after a renovation that should have happened years ago? Is that not apart of upkeep if you own property?
Midland Terrace has a beautiful setting, located on a small lake and wetland, with trees and wildlife, it's a must-see! Conveniently located for a quick commute to either St. Paul or Minneapolis, or to nearby shopping areas, restaurants, parks, schools, and much more.
