When I moved in the place had been a bit neglected by the previous owner. When the current owners took over changes began. New carpet, paint, and lighting in the hallways and stair wells. The parking lot was repaved. Upgrades began within the units such as new flooring and appliances. The neighborhood is quiet. We are close to a beautiful and well kept dog park. I love living here!

Any type of maintenance will take months to get done. No smoking on property. Adults use pool and smoke & drink in the pool regardless if children are in the pool. Upkeep is not done well. One of the worst apartments Ive lived in. Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Management doesnt know what they are doing and are based out of little falls, so they rarely come around except for dropping off notices which happens once a month!

It is true, the property is now smoke free, but this is common practice these days as we have to consider the comfort of all who live here. Management is based out of Little Falls, also true, but she is at the property on a daily basis, as is maintenance. I am disturbed to read about children unattended, smokers/drinkers by the pool. This review was sent in January. When these incidents occurred I hope management was notified so it could be dealt with. Thank you for your feedback- we are working hard to improve this property.

Thank you for the feedback. We have many units with a variety of upgrades and lease options. If the ones you viewed did not appeal to you, maybe the higher end units would have been more of what you were looking for. Thank you for looking and reviewing!

Smelled like human feces and urine. Carpets were severely stained, screen in window was torn, main door to apartment was cracked around lock. The building entrance offered no security, the hallway/stairwell carpets were dirty and stained and the neighbor noise (talking/tv) was very easily heard through the apartment walls.

Thank you for the feedback. Though this is a long time coming, I want you to know we have replaced all common area carpet in all buildings and have hired new and experienced maintenance. Our goal is to have secured entrances by the end of the summer! Give us another chance!

The caretaker does not clean. She would vacuum when she knows mangers will be coming. Hallways never get clean. Her kid is wild. And her dog gets put on line to run outside. My children have trip over the wire that she keeps laying on the ground. She is very rude to all new tenants. She has company that is loud up to 4 am. I will not be renewing my lease.
