      What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Saint Paul

It's near a stadium. There are restaurants within 4 blocks and I like the local library, which is next to a small park.

We have a nice lake and a regional park that has a zoo within walking distance. Wealso have the state fair grounds with lots of activities 2 miles from our house. we have a shopping center 5 blocks from our house that has many good resturants in it and a grocery store.

We have a neighborhood bar that was featured in grumpy old men. There is a German emmersion school that keeps on expanding.

Close to everything a person needs. Light rail is nearby. Close to bus routes if needed. Interstate is close by.

I live in a gorgeous old brick buidling that has two stories and two parks for my child very close. It's about a 25 minute walk to a bunch to shops and restaurants on Selby.

It is very old and established. Though not within walking distance it's close to downtown. Close to the river walk.
