        I love this place the Management team was great specialy Dominica was very helpful and assisted me thru the whole process.

        We have loved being here. It is quiet and has a great location. It is well kept and has underground parking.

        Lovely place to live on the outskirts of the cities and by the suburban population. The staff are nice, and accommodating. The apartments are clean and updated. The trail is right off the property.

        Ive lived here for 3+ years and moved within the building once. While the building itself is nice, Im not sure its worth what rent is. There are very few amenities and what there are arent well-maintained. I live on the fourth floor and dont have issues with sound, but Ive heard nothing but complaints from other people on other floors. The building bills itself as dog friendly, however, many, many, many times theres signs about dogs and people just not respecting the property. The management company is fine, but there is no sense of community or involvement if thats what youre interested in. The communication is laughable about whats happening - with signage reading like a fifth grader wrote it. Im sometimes embarrassed to have my friends see what were advertising There are new staff members who are downright rude while others are very kind. Its not a great place but its not the worst. Just only live on the 4th floor?

        Trails Edge is terrible. I am partly to blame because I didnt take all of the bad reviews 100% into account because the tour was good. Read the Google reviews and understand they will try to trick you into giving them money. I was told putting in an application would hold the apartment for me. I needed to find a renter for my current apartment and they said my application could have a start date of March 15, 2024. I had an issue connecting my bank account with their website, even though the third party they use to connect the bank was saying everything connected. I was told the application holds the apartment so I paid the $45 + fee application with my debit card since my bank wasnt connecting (no fee for bank account). They sent a prelease before the real lease so they can take the security deposit even before my application was reviewed. I was told if I didnt end up leasing the apartment that the money was refundable - though it clearly states in the prelease that it is NOT refundable. They had put the wrong move in date on the prelease and had given a 13 month lease which I did not agree to. Mind you I spoke with Sandra after reviewing the prelease and she had stated that Dominica would contact me about the issue with my bank account and Sandra would update my lease and send to me. This week I reached out because I had still not heard back. Sandra responded that she was under the impression I would not be signing the prelease so the apartment I applied for had already been rented. The complex is difficult to work with and keeps changing the story and trying to gaslight me by saying that I told them I didnt want the apartment, which never happened. Please listen to the bad reviews, these people will lie to you to get you to pay money so they can profit. Have everything in writing, do not talk to them by phone as they will make up lies.
