MacLaren Hills has been my apartment home for more than 15 years. The grounds are kept immaculate. The hallways are clean and inviting. The garage is secure (most of the time). The staff is friendly, respectful and professional.
I sated good because over all I like the location and the style of the apartment home but I do wish a club house/party room was available. The trains are very loud and nightly my unit shakes when trains roll by.
We love the community and the office staff is great! The maintenance crew is very friendly, fast, attentive and efficient. The apartments however, are a bit outdated and some of the wall space in the kitchen could be utilized better.
Because of the location it is only minutes from either downtown St. Paul or downtown Minneapolis.
Parking difficulties limited indoor parking poor sound insulation, superb support staff.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
