      Staff doesn't seem able to follow their own procedures. Some packages were rumored stolen because they were all being kept in an unlocked unmonitored room in the office. Now you have to show ID or be a registered roommate in order to pick up packages. Today, Saturday, the package room closed at 2pm but the office was unlocked and there were over a dozen packages laying in the hallway in front of the locked package room door. So at communities of river crossing you do not get convenient access to your packages AND your packages are not safe. Win-win!

      I love my apartment. I love how clean the building is. I enjoy being around the different types of races. Everyone seems to be very nice. I have NO complaints.

      - office - hours, information and help are great; also the package pick-up - great floorplans, quality of appliances + interior - unfortunately smoke-free only inside; frequent smokers on balconies make it almost impossible to open the windows
